Return and Exchange Policy


To ensure customer satisfaction, Christina Gold offers a clear return and exchange policy with the following conditions:

Return Conditions

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receipt.


The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition with all packaging.


Personal items such as:

Opened cosmetics

Used skincare or haircare products

Perfumes after opening

cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.


Exchange Conditions

If the product arrives damaged or does not match the order, it will be exchanged at no additional cost.


Customer service must be contacted within 48 hours of receiving the order, and clear photos must be provided.


Refund Process

After approval of the return request, the refund will be processed using the same payment method within 5 to 14 business days.


The customer is responsible for return shipping costs if the reason for the return is not due to an error on the part of the store.
